Before you order

If you need help with sizing, fit, product details, care or availability, contact us before purchasing so we can clarify what is known about the item.

Order support

For help with an existing order, include the order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or other sensitive credentials by email.

Response expectations

Support requests are normally answered within 2 business days. Complex order or production issues can take longer when we need information from a fulfillment or shipping partner.
