How do I choose a size?

Use the size information shown for the specific product. Different garment styles can fit differently, so do not assume the same size will fit identically across every STANDWORTHY item.

Are colors exact on screen?

We work to show products accurately, but screen settings, lighting and production variation can affect how a color appears. Product names and available images should be reviewed together before ordering.

When is payment collected?

Payment is collected through Shopify checkout when an order is submitted, subject to payment authorization and the checkout terms shown at that time.

Are products prepared after purchase?

Some items may be produced, decorated or prepared after an order is placed. Product pages and the Shipping & Returns page identify the timing and eligibility rules that apply to those items.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact support as soon as possible. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or production has started.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact support promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the available resolution under the policy in effect for that order.
