This notice describes the information used to operate the STANDWORTHY storefront, process orders, provide support and, where enabled, send optional marketing updates.

Information customers provide

Information submitted during shopping, checkout, support requests or optional subscriptions may include contact details, order information and communications. Payment information is handled through the checkout and payment providers used for the transaction.

Shopify and service providers

The storefront uses Shopify for commerce and checkout, Cloudflare for site delivery, and fulfillment providers for producing and shipping merchandise. Optional email or analytics providers are used only when those services are enabled.

How information is used

Customer information may be used to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, operate the storefront, comply with legal obligations and send optional marketing only where permitted.

Marketing choices

Marketing email must be opt-in where required and include a clear way to unsubscribe. Transactional messages about an order are separate from marketing communications.

Retention and security

Information is retained as reasonably needed for orders, support, business records, legal obligations and fraud prevention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise complete security.
